  Had an appt at 1 pm still sitting and waiting in the waiting room at 2:30 the only response I get is sorry were busy well I will never go there again every year gets worse. I would rather not give them my money and I will do it online from now on.

  If you're driving by this office I would suggest you keep driving and drive fast. We dropped our taxes off last year and they charged us $467. It took them a month to get them back then they screwed up our taxes for both Pennsylvania and Virginia. My husband spent the next month-and-a-half going to the office every Monday because they don't answer their phone or emails. Our "tax professional" went into hiding and refused to answer any calls or emails sent by the owner.The last time he went I told him just to get them, if they hadnt figured it out by then it wasnt going to happen.We got fed up and took our taxes to an accountant in Irwin. It took him a week to fix it and it turned out they were $4,291 off on our refund. Even more frightening was they had filed our house sale as an income property and we would have gotten slammed the next year if that hadn't been fixed . We also discovered there are NO CPAs, the "tax experts" just take a course!! Not even the owner has a degree! Block did refund the $467 but that doesn't even come close to the time and effort we had to put in to fix up their screwup. They did absolutely nothing to help us and they never apologized. Quite frankly I have to tell you I hate them and I hope they all rot. The only reason I'm giving them a star is otherwise I can't post this they should get nothing
